Chief Financial Officer

A strong, well-established bank in the Boise, Idaho area is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will bring significant financial leadership experience within the banking or credit union industry, along with strong technical expertise and the ability to build effective relationships across the executive team.

Candidates currently serving as a CFO, Controller, or in a comparable senior financial leadership role within a bank or credit union will be considered.

Ideal experience includes:

• CFO, Controller, or comparable senior-level financial experience within a bank or credit union
• Strong technical accounting and financial management expertise
• Experience working at a senior level within the banking industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other senior bank executives

The bank is located in the Boise area and will consider qualified candidates who are willing to relocate.
