With more than two decades of executive search experience, Scott has built an extensive network throughout the food industry, particularly among flavor, spice, ingredient, and nutrition companies. His recruiting expertise spans sales, sales leadership, marketing, product development, quality assurance, quality control, plant management, operations, research and development, and flavor chemistry.
Before entering executive search, Scott owned and operated a food distribution business for sixteen years. His firsthand industry experience provides valuable insight into the challenges food manufacturers face and enables him to identify professionals who possess both the technical expertise and cultural fit organizations need to succeed.
Scott earned his degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. He lives in Orem, Utah, with his wife and their two daughters.
Outside the office, Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He is also an avid traditional archery enthusiast.
